DAEnIt meets or exceeds customer expectations for quality, on-time delivery, and value. Our management team is committed to continually improving the effectiveness of our quality management function.

At DAEnIt, we are constantly striving to improve our services. In the past three years, we have invested in corporate-wide initiatives that strengthened DAEnIt’s ability to serve our customers.

Approach

The basic tenet of our Quality initiatives is simple: every employee in every organization is responsible for quality. Our initiatives promote high-quality performance and deliverables, reviewed by DAEnIt’s leadership on a recurring basis. This applies to all work performed under contract and performed in support of indirect functions.

Our Quality Management (QM) organization provides a framework for quality objectives for our Quality, Information Security, and Service Management Systems. We review pertinent quality activities quarterly or more often for select activities to ensure the continuing suitability of our Management Systems. Our leadership ensures all employees understand our Management Systems and related policies.

Independent Quality Assurance Function

We keep our audit teams independent of the organizations that are being audited. This ensures that audits and reporting are not compromised by favoritism or retaliation. It ensures that results are accurately reported to the management chain and cannot be suppressed by the organization being reviewed. The Quality Management (QM) Team is our independent quality assurance audit organization. The QM Team develops an audit plan for programs and schedules audits.

All DAEnIt organizations working under contract are responsible for providing high-quality performance. All contracts adhere to the quality standards of both the customer and DAEnIt. Operations’ management ensures the quality of deliverables and services.
